Remembering & Reflecting: Chaplaincy During COVID-19
We have given so much of ourselves over this last year in ways we could never have imagined before. Let us take a few moments to acknowledge all we have done, all we have endured, all that we continue to face. Please join this sacred virtual gathering to acknowledge the year we as chaplains have spent tending to the needs of those in our care, our coworkers, and our colleagues. We will hear from APC chaplains across the country who will reflect on their experiences, provide words of guidance from sacred texts, prayers to unite us, and moments of stillness to bring us peace. We encourage you to watch from a place of quiet and calm if you are able. Bring a candle to light, or a sacred object to have nearby. The focus of the service is to lament, grieve, rejoice, shore up, encourage resilience, and celebrate our work as professional chaplains through COVID and the tensions of the last year…Watch and Share
